Snore should fail 100% of timer if user is not asleep, but it fails and still works perfectly fine.

In the description of the rock slide, it is clearly mentioned that "If the target has not yet moved", that means if the target of rock slide has not yet moved, then there is 30% chance of flinching, not when the target is moved before the user attacks (with rock slide). In the above pic Black Kyurem moved before Tyranitar, so it should not be flinched/cringed, if it moves after tyranitar, then the move should have 30% chance of flinching/cringing
