i have noticed that lilipup have an attack named roar so why it is not there in level up attacks but it not in tm

TM05 currently doesn't exist. it can only be taught through lvling up, another bug in the game.

i gave it many pokemon hve attaks tht they show in tv but here not there

There are also breeder/move tutor moves that haven't been added yet b/c theres no way to code it yet. you'll have to be patient and wait for those to be added
