✓ When teams of NPCs are assigned, the NPC's zone number will be compared by the power level of the Pokemon. The NPC's team Pokemon will be equal or lower than that power of class Pokemon. So for example a Zone 12 NPC will have Legendary and below power class Pokemon. This rule is certain for all Elite NPCs. However, since route NPCs still uses whatever Pokemon available in that route, they may get higher power class Pokemon

✓ Another fundemental improvement is, when the Pokemon are sorted for assigning them to the NPCs, they are first sorted by the zone type of that NPCs. For example in a Grass Zone NPC, Grass Pokemon will be sorted to top. Thus, now all NPCs represents their Zone's type much much better

✓ The assignment algorithm for all Elite NPCs are modified. From now on, no matter in which zone, the elites will get their team from entire Pokedex. So it doesn't matter anymore whether those Pokemon appear in that zone or not. Thus, they are much more balanced and represents their zone type.

✓ For only zone 19, teams of the NPCs inside Arena and the team of Zone Guardian are manually determined. So they will always get the same team and the same held items. This makes them really hard and more rewarding Smile

✓ The base EXP of Pokemon classes are re-determined. Overall EXP is increased. The new bonus base EXP ratios are like below:

One bug I noticed:
Psychic move should swap stat changes first and then make the opponents special defense -1 rather than the other way around, because as is it makes your special defense go down 1 when you use it.

there is one thing I didn't think of: other evolutions of that monster.

I think best idea to solve this would be to make current pokeball there consider all evolutions of that monster.
The highlighted ball would then say: "You own all evolutions of this monster.", while gray would say: "You lack one or more evolutions of this monster." This way it would be a lot more useful.

Can we have a way to change the different forms of deoxy among themself
also in some original game hack kyurem transfer to kyurem black and kyurem white too , In pokemon movie kyurem and sword of justice it too transformed to both kyurem black and kyurem white.
In short what we want is changing the form of ALL SUCH POKE among them self

The problem is, how to make kids to actually read the rules without the constant need for CMs who'll remind them that we have rules?

Kane suggested splitting/overhauling the chat, so CMs wouldn't need to be present constantly to try to bring order in absolute chaos:

Rename "Boss Event Rewards" into "Boss Event Reward Gold" so then you can display "Damage Score:" and "Boss Defeated:" instead.
I think in that way it would be more informative, especially in case of "Boss Defeated:" instead of "Win Gold".

Btw once the boss event is over, if boss was defeated, the page does not display Win Gold anymore, only displays Damage Gold.

And a final visual annoyance:
Fly to this Route button is not needed on Cave and Arena maps - it is not allowed to fly in or out of those places anyway.

No stat change won't go first ... damage got priority then stat changes... for example with infestation damage occurs first then status effect of poisoning , you can read them while battling in battling page below
I tried the same thing with a move "chip away" and it reseted the foe poke stats but it did damage first then stat changes
so it all fine.

He complained that Psychic move does not work as written in description: by current script it decreases spdef by 1 and then swaps stats, but according to move's description the order is wrong.

cef the move flatter is wrong as in official games it raises the sp attack by one stage but in here it is raised by 2 stages..

Btw cef npcs are giving items like amulet coin and rare candies which is kinda waste , can we have TMs instead and other useful stuffs , for example steel type gym giving steel orb , steel crystal , Tm of iron tail (steel type move) . steel ball Etc.

After 1 gym run u get 3 or 4 steel crystal for example . or 4 steel.orb
After 2 or 3 days i will get enough  and wiĺl not require anymore 

Atleast now u n sell for decent money and a little in market which will help newbies as well 

For the tms  yea we should get but again it will pile up is 100s and again will not be required

thats the real moveset, sketch copies the last enemy move used permanently, so you can learn more moves with more sketches

but poke learning same move every time
i fought it in todays bioss
it has four sketch move
it should be only one like spewpa learning harden and protect only and rest 2 are vacant since you removed same move learning multiple time policy before.

yes but in this case its ok because smeargle in the real game move set its like this, it learns sketch more times so you can use it to copy new moves
