I have seen many people ask questions about what does bbl mean or maybe brb so here are some commonly used abbreviations used in the game. :P

afk = away from keyboard 

bbl = be back later 

brb = be right back 

atm = at the moment

ofc = of course

btw = by the way

gl = good luck

gg = good game (mainly after pvp)

gj = good job

imo = in my opinion 

's' used before name of any pokemon = shiny

tbh = to be honest

gtg = got to go (gotta go)

nfs = not for sale ( when trading or selling pokemon)

s = yes 

lol = laugh out loud 

lel = laughs even louder 

rofl = rolling on the floor laughing

crt = correct

ntg = nothing

np = no problem 

nc = nature change

idk = i don't  know <- this is the meaning 

idc = i don't care <- meaning too

kw = kyurem-white ( 's' before 'k' if shiny )

kb = kyurem-black  ( 's' before 'k' if shiny )

kr = keldeo-resolute ( 's' before 'k' if shiny )

da = deoxys-attack  ( 's' before 'd' if shiny )

dd = deoxys-defense ( 's' before 'd' if shiny )

ds = deoxys-speed ( 's' before 'd' if shiny )

:) = happy face 

:( = sad face 

:'( = nervous face 

:') = relieved face 

^^ = just a face usually indicates happy mood 

-_- or -,- = used when someone says something which you don't like 

-_-* = angry face 

._. = silly face 

:p = teasing face 

: o = surprised face
