Here is the tournament plan  so read each part and  post your ideas for any changes into it

1. There will be 4 tournaments each day  , that is 28 tournaments each week

2. These are the timings of the tournament matches so  4 matches each at a different time to accommodate all time zones ( note: given by cef but can change a bit if people wants  )
a) USA time zone - 1:30 AM game time , 20:30 PM local time
b) Other time zone - 8:30 AM game time
c) India time zone - 15:30 PM game time , 20:30 PM local time
d) Germany time zone - 22:30 PM game time , 20:30 PM local time


So now lets move onto the main part  of the tournament conditions,

MONDAY- Monotype tournament. In this  each 4 tournament will have different monotype  battle randomly chosen by computer ( computer can  randomly choose  1 type in each tournament )  (Dual types are allowed as long as all of your team Pokemon shares a type)

TUESDAY -  Specific class. There be be 4 tournaments as you know, so
Category 0 -   only common and uncommon allowed (Common;Uncommon)
Category 1 -   only starter,rare and ultra rare are allowed (Rare;Ultra Rare;Starter)
Category 2 - only legendary pokemons allowed (Legendary)
Category 3 -   only mega common, mega uncommon,mega rare and mega starter are allowed (Mega Common;Mega Uncommon;Mega Rare;Mega Starter)
Category 4- only mega ultra rare and mega legendary allowed (Mega Ultra Rare;Mega Legendary)
Category 5-  all shiny pokemons allowed  ( from shiny common  to shiny legendary  you are free to use all )   (Shiny)
Category 6-  shiny mega common , shiny mega uncommon, shin mega rare  and shiny mega starter allowed (Shiny Mega Common;Shiny Mega Uncommon;Shiny Mega Rare;Shiny Mega Starter)
Category 7- shiny mega ultra rare and shiny mega legendary allowed (Shiny Mega Ultra Rare;Shiny Mega Legendary)

NOTE-- These are 8 category  mentioned above and computer  will choose randomly from them . ( for example tournament 1 can be  only legendary) 

WEDNESDAY - Any Monotype team (so you can go with fire type having Pokemon team or Electric type having Pokemon team, etc. Dual types are allowed as long as all of your team Pokemon shares a type)

THURSDAY - One of the mono class among below classes. Which one will be determined by computer

Mega Common

Shiny Common

NOTE--  computer will randomly choose pokemon class from these categories

FRIDAY - self caught only  and no account bound pokes tournament
Category 1 - only self caught pokemon allowed
Category 2 - no account bound pokemons can be used
Category 3 - self caught only
Category 4 - only account bound pokemons can be used

NOTE--  computer will randomly choose pokemon class from these 4 category 

SATURDAY - Everything allowed which means there is no restriction. You can use any pokemon, having  any pokemon class (like shiny or mega or mega legendary )  and any pokemon type you want ( like water , dragon, fairy etc )

SUNDAY - Everything allowed which means there is no restriction. You can use any pokemon, having  any pokemon class (like shiny or mega or mega legendary )  and any pokemon type you want ( like water , dragon, fairy etc )

Sounds great so far, so the only suggestion I have is to add a check for the computer to not repeat the same category on the same time slot in the following week.
So no two tuesdays in a row with "legendary only" tournament at 8:30 for example.

i thought 4 tournaments a day is good 
and for rewards cef has some sheet  and rewards are of gold , shiny eggs and specific tournament coins which you can redeem when  cef adds some items
