In PokemonPets legends show up just like regular Pokemon. With low encounter rates some new people will get frustrated by catching them, these tips will make catching your first legend slightly easier, step by step.
Step 1- be sure you stock up on Items; Ultimate Box, Potions, Revives, Etc.
Step 2- get a Pokemon that's level is higher than the average level in the route/map your going to find the Legend at.
Step 3- When you get to the route/map where the Legend is at, find a lot of space to walk back-and-forth with.
Step 4- Use the "multi-step count box" in the middle of the arrows and set it to 5. Use only the arrows on the screen to walk, and avoid pressing "R" to run away.
Step 5- Take the time to train a Pokemon while listening to some music.
Step 6- Avoid looking at chat, so just close it at the bottom of the screen ( Its very distracting )
Step 7- Don't think about catching the legend, time will go by SLOWLY.
Step 8- pay CLOSE ATTENTION to the Pokemon your running from, you may accidentally run from a legend! Go at a medium pace.
Step 9- Once the legendary has appeared, make sure you lower its health down to 35% and shinnies to 25% or lower so it is catchable via Ultimate box.

Are there any tips for high leveled legendaries to where they are super powerful and are constantly healing themselves and makes it impossible to weaken them?
Just about 1 I can think of.. Get a pokemon that can survive hits and it has the move endeavor. Brings the opponent down to your pokemon's health.

If the attack does no extra 1 point damage then yeah it can be used, also do not forget that people can use the flutes to up encounter rate. The other thing people can do is up evasion with the right item, forgot the name of it in pokemon, also accuracy increasing item so you will not miss a lot and Max Revives, that should help. The only down side to endeavour is if it is a ghost shiny.

Thank you for the useful information. A lot of it is common sense, but it seems like people don't have enough of these days.
