Entering/Leaving arenas

Entering Arenas:
If you leave any arena and then try to immediately enter again it won't let you.

Leaving Arenas:
*I have only noticed this to happen on the Progress City Arena.*
If you enter the arena and then immediately try to leave it won't let you.

yes there are some errors at movement system but can be ignored for now
