In the description of dynamic punch , it shows that confused pokèmon have 50% chance of hitting themselves each turn whereas in all other moves that confuse a target it shows they have a 35% chance of hitting themselves , please fix this little error.

They are different moves but the abilities are independent of the move they don't differ.
