Calcium Supplement Question

Hello everyone.

I’ve been researching calcium supplements and have a few questions. I know calcium is essential for bone health, but I’m unsure about the best type of supplement to take. Should I opt for calcium carbonate or calcium citrate? Recently, I came across Etna Wellness, which offers various supplements, but I’m curious if anyone has experience with their products. 

Are there any specific brands that you all recommend? Also, how much calcium do I need daily? I’ve heard mixed opinions about supplementation, especially for those who consume dairy products. I’d appreciate any personal experiences or insights on this topic.
