Hello everyone.

I'm currently in the process of selecting an accounting firm for my business, and I could use some insights. What factors should I prioritize when choosing an Accounting Firms? Should I look for one with a specific industry specialization, or is general experience enough? How important is the firm's size and reputation in determining its suitability? 

I'd love to hear any personal experiences or recommendations for firms that have provided excellent service. Also, what are some red flags to watch out for when making this important decision?
