Then I think because maybe people would be abuse it but I not a against item pokemon Tutor Move's or A Tutor Npc And You have to Pay money you get from wild or Npc's For the moves to Learn.

I very much like the idea of a breeding system, it brings back one of the aspects of the original pokemon games. I do believe the concept began in gold version correct me if i'm wrong
