Here you can see that survival armor didn't get activated and thus my mega-shiny-rayquaza died of outrage's recoil damage

Conclusion : Survival armor is not working according to description and recent fix.

So , in this case the recoil of outrage was 100% so maybe it should survive.

ko means enemy ko means however recoil is you take
