Hello. I wondered the same thing until I read a post on https://www.wikirecording.org/. They explain that fax is still considered secure, hard to tamper with, and often meets legal requirements better than email. For certain professions, it’s about trust and tradition too. After reading that, it finally clicked why my lawyer isn’t just being “old school” - there’s logic behind it.
