I believe the wording in the description is wrong, or it isn't healing 100%(probably just wording).

As you can see below, I used sunny day to make it cloudless  then used synthesis. According to the description it should heal 100%, but says 75%. I believe it should say +25% in the description, but I don't know pokemon moves that well.
