1) Every IV stat max.30
2) Sum of IV's should not exceed 180
3) Every EV stat max.252
4) Sum of EV's should not exceed 510

Just wondering how everyone else felt about the spotlight hour on Tuesday? Personally I hate that they don't just tell us which Pokemon will be featured. It's supposed to be a surprise but it's only a surprise for NZ/AUS. I find it annoying living in that area and having no idea whether I will want to play or not until the last minute, while most the world gets a heap of time in advance to plan around it if it turns out to be worthwhile to them.
