On Route 36 Near the Water Mark on The Screen Shot Below Those Grass Do Not Spawn Pokemon. When I move to those Spots No Pokemon appear Showed on the Other 2 Screen Shot's.

those areas are used for fishing pokemon with rods.

any map which has water along side the grass does the same as this cause they are used for fishing in water Smile

I recognized a similar thing (at Crescent Valley) ...a flower-tile (coordinates around it: tile-up 1749, tile-right 1814, tile-down 1877) is a blocked-tile like a tree, etc., but other flower-tiles can be walked-through, so it seems to be at this position only?
