the time of ban should be increased from 15 minutes to 1 hour or rather 2 hours (by Super chat masters).

Or it could just be all Chat Masters. That’d be putting more power to the SCMs (which makes sense, SUPER chat master and all), but then if we needed a longer ban (like for someone banned multiple times) then we would have to wait for a SCM
