OK so with all these new megas and fusion mon mixing or changing types why cant the mon learn new moves to go with there new type...

example: Mega Haxorus

it gets a completely different type yet all the moves it can learn are exactly the same

most obvious example: it should learn Metal Claw
and it should be able to learn new TMs like flash cannon or rock polish 

I think most of the "New" megas and fusions should have new level up moves and new learnable TMs

Has 2 GIANT icicles on its face, can't learn icicle crash (or any other physical ice attack more powerful than ice fang)
