Alrighty so since I’m in the mood for something moderately cheerful I will be hosting a raffle for a Shiny-Salamence ->

Now to participate all you have to do is:
1. Comment
How am I choosing the winner?
People will be given a number by me a then I will use a random number generator that will decide the winner.
When is the raffle going to happen?
I plan to do it in around 2 weeks from now
