Hi guys! I recently launched an online store, but I see that there is traffic, but few orders. People come in, look at the products, but do not buy. Maybe something is wrong with the site? Has anyone encountered this problem? I think it's a conversion issue, but I don't know where to start. Should I change the design or is it better to test different page options?

I use several CRO services. One of them is https://conversionrate.store/ . This is a platform that helps evaluate how to improve conversion on a website. They analyze user behavior and then give recommendations on what can be changed to improve efficiency. For example, they help with setting up sales funnel and testing different page variations. I noticed that after using this service, my website began to work much better, and conversions increased. A very useful tool that really gives specific improvements if set up correctly.

The main thing is that they make the site more user-friendly, and this always leads to better results. But it is important to remember that every business is unique, and what works for one may not always work for another. It is best to test different options and see what gives the greatest effect.
