An experienced player has proposed that Heal Block move is causing trouble in PvP matches
So he suggests that we should change move's effect like below
Current : Heal Block has 100% chance to inflict a bleeding on the enemy
Heal Block traps the enemy for 99 turns (the user can not switch)
New : Heal Block has 100% chance to inflict a bleeding on the enemy
Heal Block traps the enemy for 2 turns (the user can not switch)
So he suggests that we should change move's effect like below

Heal Block traps the enemy for 99 turns (the user can not switch)
New : Heal Block has 100% chance to inflict a bleeding on the enemy
Heal Block traps the enemy for 2 turns (the user can not switch)

Guys we knows this is broken, we are spaming 2 giratinas same abilitys until one pokemon sp be finish
i think 2x meaning 24*2 48 round this is not good btw
it should be less sp blocking skills must be max 10 or 12 something

at least 5 turns ,like other status effect
Well it's definitely an overpowered move so it should get nerfed for obvious reasons, however none of above option we can opt for as they lacks critical thinking or in-depth analysis
here are few better alternatives,
make it like
1) Mean look, Block; 5 pp move, trap foe for 99 turn however no bleeding. Accuracy 1000
2)Bind, wrap; 15 pp move, trap foe for 5 turn and make it bleeding. Accuracy 85 or 90
3) like toxic and other status inflicting simple moves; 10 pp move, NO trapping however make foe bleed. Accuracy 100
we can choose either of these but if asking me I'll pick "number 2)" as it's most appropriate owing to it's application.

seems like option 2 looks best
