30% boost of a move's power doesn't necessarily outclass 
15% of a stat.
Simply check the damage calculation thread made by CeF and insert numbers. You find it  > Here <
Then add either into the equation  and  see which would be more efficient.

Epic hammer is much better than spatk weapons, I also use it when I play this game, In fact for play this game I especially bought a standing desk from Flexispot coupons at ReeCoupons you also use it, a weapon is useless and hammer power increases.
