I just recently adopted a dog from a shelter and I don't know how best to organize our car trips together. She has never had any training with a dog trainer, so the option of her just sitting next to me is not suitable. And what kind of dog did you manage to adopt? What is your dog's story? Is it purebred or not? I was also thinking about getting another dog from the shelter so that my husky wouldn't be so sad when I go to work, but I'm still thinking about it.
