Not sure if this was done intentionally or not, however the npc tracker doesn't update after you beat that npc (when you have it set to "not defeated today")

I think it would be nice to be able to refresh the tracker and see which npc you haven't fought yet.

That sounds like a useful feature! A manual refresh option for the NPC tracker would definitely help players keep track of who they haven’t battled yet. It could make daily gameplay more efficient.
