If it is made by you then yes and if it's not then cefurkan needs to get permission for that , he cannot add random megas.

Not sure if you can copy that but if you make it a bit different then maybe it will be valid.

u can't do this.... it is just like stealing one's design so cef will never give u permission to do this unless he himself asks the artist about permission

It is kinda hard, since Deoxys has many form. Do you intend to put all his form into one Mega or you'll stay at the normal form? Smile
