is it important to be a chatmaster and if it is important why dont cef make's some players as chatmaster who r reporting bugs and glicthes many times

Yes, it is. CM's are made to ensure rules aren't broken and are cef's extra eyes and ears for when someone breaks the rules. CM's are allowed to ban a player, which wipes all of their past messages and proibits them from chatting from 15 minutes. Only people who have helped cef with the game in some large way can earn it. Asking to be one is a surefire way to be put at the bottom of the recommendations list.

cm's, scm's are not just given out to ppl who finds bugs and sort if that was the case there would be tons of cm and alot would be misusing their power
