Is colon cancer vaccine therapy really available in Germany, and is there a resource that explains it clearly?

I overheard someone talking about vaccine therapy for cancer on a train (yep, weird place for medical tips), and I got curious. Did some digging, and after a couple clicks, found this site about colon cancer vaccines in Germany. Not gonna lie, I had no idea this kind of treatment was even available. The article is surprisingly accessible, even for someone like me with zero medical background. It made a complicated topic feel manageable, which is rare.
