Basically, you are right. Obtaining this card will be much easier in conjunction with an employer because you will have proof that you are a sought-after professional in the US. When I was looking for EB3 jobs, ImmigrationOfficeSolutions helped me find an employer and provided me with a list of open positions. I chose the one that best fit my qualifications, applied, and began the arduous process of filling out all the necessary paperwork. The EB3 card has fewer requirements than other cards, but it takes longer to complete.
