Hey everyone,

I’m gearing up for an interview with Macy’s and I’m curious about their recruitment process. Specifically, what types of questions should I expect? I’ve heard they focus on customer service and retail scenarios, but I’m looking for more details. 

Are there any common themes or questions that frequently come up? Also, any tips on how to best prepare or approach their questions would be greatly appreciated.
