Height adjustable office desks
#1
Hi everyone! I recently came across a company called ProgressiveDesk that offers height adjustable office desks. I have been thinking about upgrading my workstation for a while now as I often experience back pain while sitting at my computer. I know that height adjustable desks can help improve posture and reduce the strain on my spine but I have never used anything like this. Have any of you tried these desks? How do they actually work? Is it worth investing in one if I already have a nice chair and desk but still have back pain issues?

I have been using the ProgressiveDesk height adjustable standing desk for over six months now and I can say that it has been a great investment. I also had back problems due to long working days at the computer. In the beginning, I used a standard desk and chair, but over time, I began to feel pain in my lower back and neck. I thought it was just the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle, but when I was advised to try a height adjustable desk, I began to take it more seriously. At first, I was skeptical - I thought it was another marketing ploy. However, as soon as I started using the height adjustable desk, I immediately felt the difference. At first, I used it in a sitting position, but soon realized that I was much more comfortable working standing. Sitting at a desk for hours is not only uncomfortable, but also unhealthy. When I started working standing, the tension in my back began to disappear and the feeling of fatigue decreased significantly. The height adjustable desk allows you to do this without any problems. I like that I can adapt it to my needs: for example, standing when working on presentations or short tasks, and sitting when I need to write for a long time or work with documents.

Sounds very interesting, I am also thinking about changing my desk, because I sit at the computer for 8-10 hours a day, and fatigue begins to accumulate. I did not even think before that it is possible to improve your work place so easily, but after reading your reviews, I am already thinking about adjusting the height. I also suffer from back and neck pain, but I have never tried to work standing. I thought it was uncomfortable, but it seems I need to try. A desk with adjustable height definitely seems like a good option for those who work long hours at the computer.
