Player housing: there's lots of empty houses that may turn into swarm lots as it is in black dessert, but also nice looking houses for unique condos.

Guild/Team quarters: Also there are nice buildings and places to create secret hideouts, or bases in ranger theme, etc

Casino/Pokemon Care/Immersive stores or vendors: actually there's quite a good room for them in open space of the city and town aswell

Pokemon companion: Can we take our pokemon out as it was in hearth gold? 

Cascade/Underwater/Hidden sanctuaries: Is this possible to do?

Ride!: To ride our pokemon even if just for the looking that would be great
