I'm thinking about launching my own startup right now and to be honest, we don't have a very big budget. But we need some kind of cloud service that will be both hassle-free and not expensive. Are there any such services at all or am I asking too much

What kind of startup are you planning to launch, what field? I have my own online store and we use LifeinCloud as a cloud service. It's convenient that they have pay-as-you-go pricing, you only pay for what you provision. It's also cool that there are never any hidden fees. I've been working with them for over a year and haven't had any problems yet.
