Remote client verification system
#1
Hello, colleagues! I am faced with the task of implementing a remote client verification system for an internal service, where security is paramount. I am looking at Trust Swiftly, as they have a fairly flexible system and support for biometric verification, but I do not quite understand how this is implemented in practice. Has anyone already implemented their solutions? I am interested in how quickly everything is set up, whether there are any nuances during integration, and whether it is really as convenient as they claim. I would especially like to hear real examples with biometrics - how accurately and safely it works. Thanks in advance!

It's very timely that you brought up the topic of Trust Swiftly — we literally started integrating their platform into our fintech project a couple of months ago. I can say that the first impression is extremely positive, especially in terms of biometric verification. This is exactly what we lacked in the old solution — we always had to choose between convenience and security, and here we managed to combine both. As for the setup, the process is not instantaneous, but it is not catastrophically difficult either. You need to understand what identification methods you need: for example, we use both face recognition and voice biometrics. Trust Swiftly provides an SDK and API, and their documentation is quite sensible. A big plus is that they have pre-built modules that can be adapted to suit yourself. It took a week for the basic setup, and another couple of weeks to optimize for our user flow. What is important is that biometric verification really works accurately. We tested it on hundreds of users, and the level of false positives is minimal. The platform uses liveness detection, i.e. it checks that there is a living person in front of the camera, and not a photo or video. This is critical, especially now, when deepfake technologies are becoming more and more accessible. Trust Swiftly also saves logs and provides reports, which is very convenient for auditing.

Hi! I read your reviews and want to note that we also considered Trust Swiftly for a project in the field of online education. We liked that you can combine biometric verification with other methods - such as SMS codes and document recognition. Now at the pilot stage. It is especially interesting that the platform is suitable not only for banks, but also for more "civil" solutions, where it is important to verify identity quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy.
