Sort by Highest EV is currently absolutely useless. Who uses it, for what? Why was it implemented? What an Outrage!
What we actually need is "Sort by highest % encounter chance by EV" which would sort the list to show monsters of the selected EV, by highest EV and by highest encounter chance.
And in https://www.pokemonpets.com/Game-Maps : "Sort by highest % EV hotspot" which would display us maps, which have the highest % EV monster encounter rate of the selected EV.
