Somtimes when i am finding legends i ran from commons,uncommons but even i it starts a battle why?

it is so cause of the reason that players can abuse running from all the pokemons and just fight against the rare one's they wanted to and so chances were changed to 93.33 % of you to run from pokemons

because ur running from to many common pokemon so it starts a battle

there is a 1/20 chance that you will enter battle no matter what
